Hi Alison12345, keep in mind that there's no way to share a folder that already contains a shared folder.
That could be the culprit of your problem. If you'd like to give them read-write access to the parent folder instead, you can unshare the subfolder, and then share the parent folder.
Hi Hannah! Yes, I am trying to do this from the owner account. I am trying to share a parent folder so people I am sharing with can edit everything within all the subfolders but it only gives me the option to share as view only. It might as you said have something to do with some of the sub-folders already being shared? Do you know how I can fix this? Thank you!!
