Hi Everybody,
Thank you so much for reporting that everything is back to normal. Our engineering team implemented a fix that should restore visibility of photos in the Photos tab. If you're still experiencing any issues, let us know and I'll make sure that information is passed along.
Thanks,
Ben

Afonse-DK, regarding the issue with the Photos page, does it appear empty if you open it via a different web browser/your current browser’s incognito window?
As for moving pictures in bulk, you can definitely do this, but you’ll need to select all of them first in your “Camera Uploads” folder (you can do this by hovering over them and clicking on the small square button on the left side of the filename to select the ones you want).

Thanks for a quick response Nancy . I just tried with Edge (I use Chrome always), and it's the same thing. It's not that the Photos folder is empty; I can see all the other sub-folders I have created myself, and which I use to save my pictures with manual copy-paste. My problem is that the Camera uploads folder contains pictures that are automatically backed-up (or copied) from my iPhone, but those pictures are nowhere to be found in the Photos folder, which does not make sense to me. It forces me to move pictures manually from Camera Uploads to Photos, which then makes this functionality pretty useless.
On the other issue of batch moving pictures, I cannot figure it out. I have tried selecting them in batch as you describe, but then there is no Move link anywhere (only Copy, Delete, etc.). Nowhere can I see a Move link, and the only way I can access the Move function is by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner, but although I have selected several pictures it only moves the one where I clicked on the three dots. Again, pretty useless. Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks for clarifying! The pictures of your “Camera Uploads” folder should indeed appear under the Photos tab on your Dropbox account.
However, since “Photos” is a tab on your account and not an actual folder (where photos can be moved to), can you elaborate on what you mean when saying you have to manually move your pictures under Photos instead? If you can send over a couple of screenshots, that’d be great, too.
As for the moving function not working after selecting multiple files, I’d like you to try this again and send me a full screenshot of what you see. It’ll help to have a visual and check if I can guide you from there.

Hi again. Ok, so let's first take the issue with moving a batch of photos. I'm attaching a screenshot showing pics in the Photos tab, which are basically automatically uploaded on the 'camera uploads' folder (although I cannot see them in the camera uploads folder, which is the other issue). As you can see, there is no "move" option anywhere. So how do I move a batch of pictures from this tab into whatever other folder?

Hey Afonse-DK, thanks for the screenshot!
Here's what I'd like for us to try: if you hover your mouse on the top, right corner of a picture in your Photos tab you should be able to see an ellipsis (...) there that shows the "more" option there.
If you click that, and then click "Open" it should open the file in its actual path. So if you file is in your Camera Uploads, it should open that folder.
Can you try this with one of the pictures that you see in your Photos tab but not in your Camera Uploads, just to confirm if that's indeed the path the file is saved to?
As for the option to move content, you can't do this in batch when using the Photos tab. It was our understanding that you were trying to do this while in your Camera Uploads folder. You should be able to do this when you're in the relevant folder the files are in.
