Some of my files show up as zero bytes

- 7 years agoIf it is still syncing, then it means that it isn’t up to date yet.I’d recommend waiting until all your files have finished syncing before attempting to open those files.

Can you please try Hannah's suggestion above, and check the previous versions of your files?
If you can also provide a screenshot of what appears on your end (both on your desktop app and your web account), that’d be super helpful.

I attempted a thorough removal and reinstall, but the issue persists. In the browser, I can see the typical files, but in Finder, several of them display "Zero Bytes." Not all of the files are included either. I have a MacBook Air M1. The Silicon Mac file was set up.
