2 years agoHi giorgia brignone, just to clarify does this happen when you try to access your content through a shared link, or when previewing files in your account?
If it's a shared link then is it one that you created or is it coming from someone else?

Hello Megan,
This is a document that I have created and sits among my "homepage", as the starred document among others. It is the only one that I have shared currently (with only one person).
All my other documents are accessible except this one. Thanks for any help!

Hi giorgia brignone, if you try to search for the file name using the search-bar on top of your home page, are you able to locate the file, and preview it?
Also when you say you created the file, do you mean that you uploaded it to your Dropbox account, or that someone sent it to you, and you added it there?
