Hey everyone, it seems that we faced an issue with previewing and Dropbox Paper a little while ago, but it looks like everything is operational now.
If you come across any issues, make sure to keep an eye on the Dropbox system status page, where you can see if there are any known outages, etc.

I was alerted today that someone is seeing this error when trying to access a paper document I previously shared with them:
Error (403)
It seems you don't belong here! You should probably sign in. Check out our Help Center and forums for help, or head back to home.
I checked, and I am getting the same error when trying to access that document via the browser. In fact I get that error for any Paper document in my account. I am signed in with the correct account. These are all documents that I created. I can see a full list of all my documents. I can access other file types. But any Paper document, I see that error.

After contacting the dropbox support, I got an answer below.
1. Open https://dropbox.com/paper and you will get the list of your paper files.
2. Click the link of paper that you want to open then you can edit it.
I don't know why, but this works for my paper.
I hope it works well with you.

That seems to work for accessing my own documents. But what about those I have shared them with, who are accessing via a link?
