Video transcript error message

Hello,

I am still having issues with the transcript. I hope this can get corrected because i am behind on my classwork. Thanks for looking into this matter.

    Hi Pedro,

     

    I am still having issues and i am still getting the same error message. I have tried on google chrome and Microsoft edge and its still not working. I am hoping your team can help because I am behind on classwork.

    I wanted to follow up on my inquiry last week. Was the dropbox team able to figure out what's going on? I am still getting an error message on the transcripts. I appreciate your help and assistance.

    It's baaaaack...."There was an error loading the transcript"

    This showed up again November 4

    "THERE WAS AN ERROR LOADING THE TRANSCRIPT"

    This issue has returned as of 1/6/2025....MP3 File only 32min in length

    Please advise.  Is anyone else having this returning issue?
