Hi, is it possible that you have another Dropbox account with all the files on it?
Maybe you're using a different Dropbox account?

What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?
When you say you have plus have you checked what it says if you credit card look up? https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge

Events link is showing that I just signed up for Dropbox (which is when the issue started).
The Billing link shows that the account is linked to the same email address. It also shows I've been paying for Plus up until 3/1, at which point I was refunded the monthly amount which is when the issue started. So strange...
