My phone corrupted one of my Excel files, so I want to download an older version on my PC to replace the corrupt file, but I get an error 400 when I try to access the list of versions. Does this mean is so corrupt that I can't open an older version?
Hi danielam, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
Keep me updated with any progress!
So I tried all those things in various combos, but no luck. I think it has something to do with this particular file because I have no problem accessing the version histories of other files close-by
