dropbox-paper is very helpful for me!
but now its making problems', its not uploading true images.

- 4 years agoIt's possible that this could be the cause of what you're experiencing.
Unless you get access to a stable WiFi connection, I'd recommend uploading to your Dropbox account directly and then adding the files to your Paper doc from there.

I'm currently unable to upload images to my Dropbox Paper. Below is the error message that kept showing up.
I've been using Paper for months and this is the first time I've had this issue. I'm connected to a high-speed home wifi that is stable.
Is this a system-wide issue? Could the support team look into it, as I cannot make any progress on work at the moment.

I create a Dropbox paper and add pictures.
I did it by different ways - PrinScreen and paste to the Dropbox, using Drag-and-Drop, or just 'Inser image' command.
Everything worked well. But today I cannot do that anymore - I get the error message:

Could you try using another browser to see if this helps when uploading or viewing images in the Paper doc?

Hi Jay,
I don't understand why but your tip actually helped! When I open the Dropbox pages on safari it works!
Thanks for the help,
Have a great evening!

Hi there,
At the moment I am writing my graduation report in dropbox paper. It went well for a while but now I look back at my files and I see that all images give an error (see screenshot). When I click on the link of the file I get to a webpage with the message: "Access Denied". This project is very important to me.
Thanks for the effort,
Sjoerd

Bumping this up as the issue still persists.

Hi everyone, does this occur for files that you've previously uploaded to Paper?
How did you attach the images into the Paper doc, did you copy and paste them in, or upload them onto your account and then attach them to the doc?

Hi Jay, for me it occurs for new files I try to upload to existing Papers I've been working on.
I have always uploaded by copying and pasting files from my clipboard to Papers.
Just in case, I never needed to upload my files onto my account first (that would dramatically slow down my work process.)
Thank you.
