Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if you still get the same results?

Hi jaijai57, are you part of a Dropbox team? Is the file you're trying to permanently delete in personal or shared folder?
Does this occur for any file you're trying to permanently delete?

I have tried multiple things, including deleting items that only belong to me deleting everything in the deleted items and trying ones that have been shared with me as well. I realize I’m not trying to really delete those. I just don’t wanna see them anymore.
