mistakely deleted folder yesterday
yesterdays, i deleted some folder mistakenly, which i received by shared from my company. how can i recover them bach
i cannot see deleted folder in DELETED FOLDERS. I am using a basic plan.
If it was a Share you probably need to ask for a new link from whoever sent it to re-add it.
If its not showing on the Events or deleted items that is only way to do it

Hey Ahmed_engineer, thanks for reaching out to us today!
If you check your 'shared' tab, do you see the content there? If so, then you can add it back to your account, by hovering over it and clicking "add to Dropbox".
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any questions.

no cannot see deleted folders in SHARED.... i am using basic plan, does that matter in recovering deleted folder?

Hey Ahmed_engineer, your plan shouldn't impact what you see in the deleted files page, or your sharing tab.
Were you a member of these folders, or the owner of them?
If I were you, I'd also check the events page. The Events page at www.dropbox.com/events gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders.
