I am trying to organize my mobile photos that have been uploaded to dropbox by putting them in a folder with each year. However, when I click on the month in the "Photos" section - there is no option to "move". If I "copy" to the 2023 folder, it creates duplicates. Is there an option to move a group of photos rather than just 1 photo?

You're using the Photos view, which displays ALL photos and videos in your entire account, and not just the ones in Camera Uploads. If you were to move a group of files, you could me moving them from multiple locations.
Instead, go into the Camera Uploads folder directly. Display the files in List view and sort my Modified. You won't have a one-click option to select all, but if you select the first file and then Shift-click the last, the entire group will be selected. Then click the ellipsis ( ... ) at the top of the screen and select Move.
