My account is deleted & I need to recover my content.

Dear Dropbox Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance regarding my Dropbox account associated with the email address [removed].

Unfortunately, I discovered that my account has been deleted, resulting in the loss of a significant number of photos that were stored there. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me recover my account and restore my files.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

    Was this a personal account, or were you a member of a Business team account? What indication do you have that the account was deleted? If you were a member of a Business team, how long ago was the account deleted?

     


    I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me recover my account and restore my files.

    Unfortunately, if this was a personal account and it really has been deleted, it's not possible to recover the account or the data that was in it.
