My Excel updates are missing and, after sharing a link, it redirects users to the wrong folder.
24hrs ago i was working on my excel sheet which i saved. I created a new folder also and moved some documents in the folder.
24hrs later. i go on another of my devices and those new documents and last version of my excel sheet is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, my dropbox icon shows i am up to date!!
The worst that happened an hour ago, i created a link to a new folder that had documents to share to a group and the group members instead are having access to another folder totally not related!
Everything is looking like its a film trick going on!
Kindly inform if there is an ongoing issue?

I’m sorry to hear about this, utibeecowas. Let’s have a look together.
First of all, when editing your Excel file the first time, did you use the desktop app? If yes, did you also check your web account after that and everything had synced there already? If not, can you please check now and let me know what you see?
As for the shared link you mention, are you sure you didn’t accidentally share the link to another folder with these members? If you copy the link again from your Dropbox account and view it via an incognito window instead, do you see the correct folder?
