Why does one of my colleagues see that her Excel file is locked for editing by her?

Hi, one of my colleagues is trying to open a spreadsheet stored in drobox using Excell, and it is saying locked for editing by her? which it is not - her other colleague is also having the same probl...

Hi Jo - The Well, thanks for the info. Have you tried replying to the support agent for them to assist further on their end?
