I have saved a movie file in a folder on my computer that is in Dropbox. Why can't I find the file when I try to import it into Adobe Premiere Rush, or why can't I find it on dropbox.com?

If you don't see the file when you sign in to the Dropbox website, then it likely hasn't synced from your computer. Does the file have a sync status icon (green check, blue circle, etc.)? If so, what is it? Is the Dropbox application running? Hover your cursor over the icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and check its status. What does it say, and what version does it report?

Blue circle is there – but it is not spinning.
The file is 30,2 GB – so it may take some time.
