Do photos disappear if I delete them on my iphone?
Hi Dropbox Community!
I've run out of space on my iphone and would like to ensure all photos on my phone are in dropbox. Here are my questions:
1. I'm not convinced that ALL photos on my iphone have uploaded to dropbox. How do I double check to ensure they are all there?
2. If I solve problem #1 and have all of my photos on dropbox, then delete them on my iphone, will the dropbox delete them as well when it tries to sync to an empty photo folder on my phone?
Thanks in advance for your help!

- You need to check this manually yourself. If you're using the Camera Uploads feature to automatically upload photos and videos from your phone, then everything that is uploaded will be located in the Camera Uploads folder in your account. You can compare the files in that folder to what you see in the camera roll or gallery on your phone.
- Deleting a photo or video from your phone's camera roll or gallery will delete it from your phone but will not delete it from your Dropbox account. Likewise, deleting a file from the Dropbox app or website will delete the file from your account but will not delete it from your phone. The only sync that occurs is during the initial upload of a file using Camera Uploads. After the file is uploaded, there is no sync.

Hi
When you backup photos from iphone to dropbox - does it sync or backup once?
I'm wondering if I delete photos from my iphone does that get reflected in the dropbox backup, or they are effectively now two separate folders?
Thanks

Deleting a photo from your camera roll/gallery will not delete it from Dropbox. Likewise deleting a photo from the Camera Uploads folder in Dropbox will not delete it from your phone.
