Does automatic photo upload in iOS work if I kill the app in the background?
Trying to get reliable information and not able to get anywhere because I have a habit of killing akk apps from background. I have installed the app and took a couple of photos to check whether this works. Given how iOS behaves, not sure whether this would work or not. Are we expected to keep the app running in background for this feature to work as expected?
Hey narun2001, welcome to the Dropbox Community.
In short, the app needs to be open either in the foreground or the background for the files to upload.
If you try to test this on your end, do you see a different behavior?
Let me know.

That's the same behaviour I experienced. Just wanted to know for sure whether having dropbox running at least in background is one of the requirement for that. This helps. Thanks!
