Dropbox Vault has a grey X mark on my desktop app.
My Dropbox Vault just got a X mark like this. Does it mean that the vault is not syncing properly ?
Welcome back to our forum, dangvu2308!
In general, this is an icon generated by Windows which can indicate the file/folder isn’t syncing properly with Dropbox indeed.
Are you seeing this icon next to any other files within your Dropbox folder?
What’s the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app?
Finally, if you add a file within your Vault on the desktop app, do you see it online afterwards?
Let me know what you find.
