File Requests Down?

Hi there!   Are file requests down for anyone else?  Dropbox finally fixed the name deletion problem with file requests (yay!), but now whenever I try to open one the links incognito mode/not signe...

important to know that this only is an issue if you're not logged into dropbox, so our customers can't upload necessary files
