How can we move our files from one company's Dropbox account to a new one?

Super User IIIs it as simple as Downloading that file and then re-uploading to My Company's new Dropbox (assuming I have a physical drive large enough to download and store the file of course).
That's one way to do it.
Is there a way to have Dropbox make that copy/transfer via the cloud so we can skip the Download/Upload step?
Everything is is one folder in the other company's Dropbox? If so, share the folder with the email address used for your company's new Dropbox. Once the share is accepted, use the Dropbox website to move the files out of the shared folder into another folder of your own making. That will remove the files from the other company's Dropbox.
Another alternative would be to use a third-party cloud transfer service to transfer the files from one cloud account to another.
