How to sync content from Vault on my device to web?
Hi, I have a vault folder with some files in it in my dropbox . The same exists online in my dropbox account.
I put a new folder (not so small) in the vault on my PC , hoping that it will be uploaded to my Online-dropbox-vault
My first question ist. Do I have to unlock both vaults online and offline separatly ?
After a while I had a new folder in my dropbox folder on my PC outside the vault: Vault (Lesezugriffkonflikt 2023-06-16).
What does it mean, what did I do wrong? What will happen if I wait sometime. Do I have to delete this folder?

Hi Wasserfall, let's jump right into this!
You mentioned that you put a folder in the Vault, using our desktop app. Just to make sure we're in the same page, can you confirm the steps you followed on your end?
Did you drag and drop the file inside your Vault locally? If you did, then it should automatically sync to the web.
As for the conflict, can you let me know if you edited the file while it was in your Vault? Also, could you hover over the Dropbox icon that's next to your computer's clock and let me know what it shows?

I'm still waiting for the right anwer to my vault-problem. But I'm thankfull and glad you helped me to start with the solution.

Hi Wasserfall, you wouldn't need to unlock the Vaults in order for the syncing process to take place.
You'd need to unlock your Vault locally, in order to add the content there, and then offline to check for any changes.
Can you see the folder when you open your Vault locally in your device?
