I have an issue syncing files, and my support agent in another time zone

    Thanks for the info. The agents on Twitter aren't bots, but real humans, like us. 

     

    Currently, it isn't possible to switch to a different support agent. You could try contacting the chat when logged into your account, if you're on a paid plan. 

     

    However, bear in mind that having multiple support tickets could end up taking longer to reach a resolution since you'll need to follow the same troubleshooting steps again.
