iOS App constantly logging me out
I recently started using Dropbox for file storage on my iOS devices (iPad and iPhone) both previously on iOS 15 and now on iOS 16.

I have tried uninstalling the app. The app doesn’t crash - it just suddenly pops up a message saying “Signing Out” and then logs me out.
This occurs when I’m manually uploading files - I don’t use the camera auto upload feature.
Also it happens on all of my iOS devices.
I can’t figure out a pattern. Sometimes I can successfully upload files for several hours, other times it logs me out multiple times in the same hour.

3 years agoSorry to jump in here, chi-town198. Strange issue indeed.
Which version of Dropbox do you currently have installed? Is it the latest one (304.2.2)?
If not, try to update it and let us know if that makes any difference.
