Mac OS 14.4 dropbox re-indexing again all my 24k files at any reboot

Hi all, this happens random, but it seems to me mostly after any reboot and my process fileproviderd goes 150%,

any ideas?

    The version you mention is quite old - could you install the latest version from this page directly and let us know how it goes?

      Ah! I thought dropbox latest versions updated by themselves...
