Move files without properties by default
Is there a way to set a default so Dropbox doesn't prompt me about properties? I synch the pictures from my computer to Dropbox . When I try to copy them to Google drive, it gives me a message t...

Are these properties part of the file itself, or are they located in a separate hidden file?
Currently, there isn't a way to remove properties on files via Dropbox.

Is this the prompt you're referring to?
If so, that's not from Dropbox. It's from your operating system.

Is there a way to have dropbox download the files without the extended properties?
I'm sure not, but I have to ask.
Onedrive doesn't have the issue.

Hi DanaLinder, when you're referring to downloading, are you talking about downloading from the site, or when you let files sync down to your machine via the Dropbox desktop application?
