My mother died and now all her Dropbox link don't work

My mother passed away a few years ago and every link she ever sent via Dropbox no longer works... She had a premium account but no one has access to it. How can I get back years worth of memories?  ...

You said she had a premium account. Was someone still making the payments? If so, there's a chance the account still exists in which case you may be able to access the account. If the subscription was no longer active, then the account was likely deleted, which would render the links invalid as well. If an unpaid account goes idle for more than a year, it gets deleted due to inactivity. Once that happens, it's not possible to recover the account or the files that it contained.
