Sharing Files | Turn it off

Dear everyone,  Believe me, I tried to solve this issue without putting this question up. Right now I share my files from Dropbox (A) to another Dropbox (B) I want to stop sharing the file...

    Hi Kerstin Theobald, if the folder is still being shared to both users, both of you would have access to the files.

     

    The simplest method, since you both want a copy of the files, is to copy the files from the shared folder onto a private folder on each account. 

     

    Once you're certain they're copied over, you can unshare the shared folder completely. Whoever is the owner could then delete the, now unshared, folder.
