Starting backup on several mobile devices

Hi, I use dropbox to backup my photos on my 2 androids and iphone and trying to figure out these:

1. How can I check the status of the backup for my mobile devices? All files seem to go into the same default camera uploads folder and since I just started backing up the devices it is a mess and I am not sure which files were backed up from which device and which were not. Otherwise what is the best practice for the new starter?

2. Can I see folders from the Dropbox app on mobile? I can only see the list of files.

3. Are applications on iPhone and Android a bit different?

When you're on the Photos tab in the mobile app, you should see a status message saying that it's scanning for new photos, or uploading images.

Hi AlexAroth, thanks for your message!

Any device with camera uploads enabled on them, including the desktop app, will automatically have images uploaded to the Camera Uploads folder. This isn't separated by the number of devices, so any photo or video from devices would end up in the same if uploaded automatically via that feature.

Any folders that are visible from the Dropbox site would be visible in the mobile app, so it might just be a matter of scrolling through the list to find them.

Lastly, the iOS and Android apps are almost identical, except for a few visual and navigational differences particular to each OS.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

      Thanks for your reply!
The question I have left is if I can see the status of the uploads, ie. if the photo has been uploaded to Dropbox from my phone or not. Because I am uploading my old photos and the process has been interrulted for some reason a few times, and it's about 10 GB of data - too much to cross check it manually
