There is a Dropbox Transfer on my account that I didn't send
I got an email that I sent a file transfer. I did not create this transfer nor the file.
I got an email that I had recieved a file transfer from me. Again I did not send.

Hey plambeth06, let me also jump in here!
You did great in checking your Security page first.
I'd also suggest that you take a look at your account's Events page. The Events page gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders.
That way you'll have a general idea of your content, and what happened there.

Thank you I checked my events and there is nothing from 12/4 when this happened. But the emails look valid from dropbox and information is "relevant" but I did not create a file or create a transfer
Here is screen shot of my events, nothing from 12/4

Hey plambeth06, can you also check if the email you received came from an official Dropbox domain, please?
If you have a screenshot of the email that your received, feel free to attach it here. Just make sure that no personal info is visible there.

Here is screen shot of email. It looks just like "real" ones I have done before.
I blocked out my email address and the link web address

Hey plambeth06!
Would you mind grabbing a screenshot of this page, and attaching it here in order for us to have a visual?
