We can't create a new folder

We are unable to create a new folder in Dropbox. we continuously receive an error stating:

Destination Folder Access Denied

You need permission to perform this action.

file name

date created

try again , cancel

Please Help! I can't organize documents by year

    Are you trying to create a folder on the Dropbox site, or via Explorer/Finder on your machine?

     

    What OS are you currently running on your machine?

     

    Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
