What do the different sync icons mean?

Hi there, there are two types of green check marks, outlined and solid. What is the difference? Thanks!

  • Hi QC35black, thanks for messaging today!

It sounds like you might be on a paid plan that uses Smart Sync. If the tick is solid, the it means the file or folder is synced and 'local' on the machine.

The green outline is only for folders on your machine that have some files inside it which are local and online-only using Smart Sync.

You can check out this article for more details.

    Hope this helps!
