All started last week, with a missing file. File that was on one PC, was missing in another PC. Anything I try did not work. Renaming, moving, etc. (File was available via web)

I went through the Q&A here:
https://help.dropbox.com/syncing-uploads/files-update-issues
Last item there (#13) suggested there's a known issue with ESET antivirus. After disabling it, it took 15 minutes to all files to be synced.
Thanks for the help.

Hey there yoavain - sorry to hear about this.
Could you try changing your bandwidth settings and let me know if the issue persists?
If it does, please send me a screenshot showing the exact status of the app on your computer so I can have a further look into this for you.
Spoiler
You can always look at the Dropbox icon in your taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and see if it is done syncing. When Dropbox is fully synced then you should see a tick followed by the words “Up to date” on the menu.
If you do not see this then can you please let me know what the message being displayed reads?
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply @Walter,
However, I already change both download and upload to no limit.
The tray icon shows the blue sync.
When pressing it, the popup shows "Syncing 3174 files".
It stays like that (with the same number until I restart DropBox). After restating it, it shows another number.
I can see in the network that it download very fast.

I guess that's normal yoavain!
If you see this happening after you're fully synced (your app would state that it's "up to date" in that case), please log a ticket with our team so we investigate further.
You can do so from the following page:

In any case, please keep me posted!
