Hi Jonas Kusk, welcome to our Community!
Can you check the plan tab in your account settings, and let me know what it reports there? Do you have any shared content taking up space in your account?
Or perhaps you have any active Backups enabled. Can you check that as well?
Let me know what you find!
Hello.
I have found that it is because the person trying to share something with me, that material takes up 30 gb. I just tried to share 200 mb and it goes through fine. I thank you many times for your help.
Don't even worry about it Jonas Kusk! ☺️
I'm glad I could help, give me a shout if you need anything else. See you around!
Hello Megan,
I have a similar problem if you don't mind me tagging along here (I'm new here and can't see anywhere to post a new question).
I have 9.25 GB of storage and am using 2.43 GB but just had an email saying my storage was nearly full. I have sent quite a lot of files in the past few days but have deleted them all at my end. Is this because the recipients haven't deleted the files at their end?
Many thanks
Kay
