How can I recover my files?
Issue details: My account was deactivated by DropBox because I did not extend my membership by Nov. 5th. I need all those files and it is very important that I can access them. I need to extend my membership and I can not stress the importance of gaining access to my files that were in my dropbox. PLEASE HELP ME

Dropbox Staff
Hi Erykaheklean - sorry to hear about your missing files.
If you made sure that you're looking at the correct Dropbox account, could you have a look at your events page and let me know what you find?
This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged, so it should give you a hint or two.
Keep me posted!

How do you mean Deactivated?
What did the emails say?
If the data was removed by Dropbox then its not recoverable I'm afraid - as the emails telling you do state when you are warned. Sorry.
