I purchased an HP Omen laptop this year (2021) and should have received 100GBs for free. However, my laptop only had the 25GB promotion that didn't even come through when I signed up via the link. Now I am stuck with only 2GB space for 10GB of data that I need to transfer. Please help.

Hi I too have similar problem. Moreover, I have a question. - is the promotional offer valid only for a year? or I would get the allocated space every year from the date I redeem the offer?

There was a 'Dropbox Promotion 100GB' app, but after I download Dropbox app from website the promotion app is removed.
