Referral Bonus Not Eligible

I have referred my friend via my link, Dropbox was installed in a brand new PC out of the box yet the referred account and my account, the status states it as "ineligible". How can this be rectified...

I have referred a friend and it has come through as not eligible. Can you please help me rectify this? It is a work computer where the previous person may have had Dropbox on it before but it was not on it when recieved. Please help. Thanks
