Referral ineligible

Hi Team,

 

I've referred my mum to dropbox and helped her sign in on a family laptop to share bills and files. 

 

The referral status is ineligible, could you please check this?

    Just to clarify, have you used Dropbox on the same laptop in the past? 

     

    Also, did she create a brand new Dropbox account?
