Dropdown in shared tab is not allowing me to choose the first folder on the list

Hey CashT, thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Is your browser currently zoomed in perhaps? 

 

If so, can you zoom out, to see if that makes any difference?

    Hi Hannah,

     

    When I zoom out on my browser, the dropdown also zooms out. It does not make a difference unfortunately.

      Could you please try if it works with a different browser, or try clearing your browser cache, if that's ok with you? Thanks

        Hi Haoli,

         

        I have tried accessing Dropbox on Microsoft Edge, a private window in Edge & incognito on Chrome. I have also cleared my browsing history but the Dropdown remains.
