Error 500 when trying to access the Dropbox website

Unable to access dropbox website or my files - keep getting this message :

Error (500)

Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our Help Center and forums for help, or head back to home.

  • The issue seems to have been resolved and the website is accessible once again.

    I've tried incognito as well but that didn't help!

    Hi, Dropbox is down where I am (Slovenia) and I cannot ever access help and support. Can anyone here please let them know about this?

    I am currently having issues with past and present links to my folders. All past links, or links presently being shared go to an 500 error message. They where working last week, I'm not sure why they stopped suddenly today. I've tried using the share directly from the site and this too does not work.

        Approximately 4 hours after recognizing this "Error 500" prompt on the homepage, it was resolved on my end after a page refresh.
