Issues with Android users updating shared files
Good Afternoon,
We use Dropbox for team members to lodge daily paperwork but all of our Android users are reporting issues and the documents aren't coming through to the shared files.
Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? We have checked for further updates, signed out and uninstalled the affected apps.

Can you give us some more info or screenshots of the issues the Android users are facing?
Are they getting specific error messages?
Do they update the files, but their updates aren't showing on your end?
Any additional info would be helpful.
