local apps files are unaccessbile
Hi all , Is there anyone who experienced this similar issue? I could open my files on dropbox.com and open them on my iPad but cannot open them on my laptop local app. The error message says "the ...

May I be bold enough to ask how to check my app is running and my logging status? I do double click my local app every time which I thought means I run the local app. This turned out not the case. Even I tried to right clicked the app icon, I cannot find any button in the drop-down menu allowing me to log in my account
