Mobile app fraud prevention
Mobile phones are increasingly targeted by fraudsters. Dropbox holds confidential information of the subscriber and should offer the highest level of security to protect the subscriber. Like other mobile apps, Dropbox should offer a setting/configuration option allowing the phone user to authenticate each time the app is accessed. For reference please check out WhatsApp/Settings/Privacy/Screen Lock/Require Face ID.
Hi Stevie G, thanks for messaging the Community.
Currently, we have a passcode that can be used to access the mobile app. Without this, it isn't possible to login to the app.
Would this be suitable for your needs?

Thank you @jay
I have found where to do that as well as the Face ID feature. That is exactly what I was looking for. Appreciate it!

Glad to hear it! If you have any further queries in the future, feel free to message back.
