smashed phone cost me DB access

I have earned referral GBs over the years and now have 11 free GB on account A. Account B is the plain basic free plan, don't use it much anymore.

I had account A on macbook, mobile and Tablet - for 10 years
I have account B on macbook - for 7 years

I dropped my phone and had to buy a new one. Signing in to DB on the new one I was told I had to reduce the number of free users to max 3 or pay 99DKK/month.

I logged out of DB on the smashed phone

Logging into the new phone gave me the same answer.

It all worked great until I smashed my phone. Why no longer?

Screen is smashed, can still see the app. Opened DB and logged out.

machines shown in that link are machines I have migrated my hdd/ssds from over the years. How come SUDDENLY I have to delete all of these, which are basically the harddrive in my present 15" from 2012? And right when something breaks? It felt like a stab in the eye.

But thank you, Mark. I hope things stabilize now. I really don't need more accounts to re-setup and data lost following "all of your data migrated between phones"-promising apps lying through their proverbial teeth.
