Automatically create folder from Google Sheets

Hi

I have created a spreadsheet in Google Docs and have managed to automatically create a folder when a checkbox is clicked. The folder is created in MyDrive. I would like to have the folder created in a location in Dropbox.

Can the script be altered to do this? I am not that experienced in scripts.   This is the script that is working at the moment.

Can anyone help?

Hi DebraV, thanks for messaging the Community!

Are you interested in using the Dropbox API in order to create folders on your account?

This will help me to assist further!

If you intend to create folders automatically on your Dropbox account via the site, then you'd need to use the Dropbox API in an app of your own to make these changes.

If you're referring to a local script on your computer, which  then create a folder in the Dropbox folder (which will then sync to the site), then you need to use whatever code you use to create scripts on your machine.
