Dropbox hub spot integration

hiya - i was on a dropbox essentials trial and integrated into hub spot via dropbox sign - i created 5 signature request templates because this was all that is allowed during the trial period. Now I have upgraded to dropbox essential it still wont let me add any more than 5 signature request templates - any idea why this is - does it take time to update via hub spot - should i leave it 24 hours or have i done something wrong?

    When you  say it won't let you add any more, are you getting any specific error or is the option grayed out or missing?
