Dropbox Sign - not receiving notification

When I send out a document to be signed via Dropbox Sign, I get notified via email when the signer has "viewed" the document, but I do NOT receive anything once the document has signed. A file does get created in the dropbox file path that i choose ( filename.pdf(in-progress) ), however, it does NOT change to the filename.pdf(signed) like it used to before HelloSign turned into Dropbox sign. Very annoying. Hoping to find a fix. Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you maybe tried clearing your browser's cache or another browser?

     

    Can you see the updated status of the files you send for signature on this page

      Hello,

       

      I've tried pretty much everything. Also, clearing my browsers cache shouldn't have anything to do with the email notifications not being sent out.
