Can you let me know if you also cleared your mobile app’s cache, before reinstalling it? You should be able to do this via the app’s settings.
Besides that, I’d like you to send me the Dropbox app’s version that should be showing on the same page.

Would you mind letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried?
Like, have you tried to uninstall the Dropbox app, restart your device and then reinstall it?
Have you made sure that you have enough free memory on your device? The Dropbox app needs about 500 mb of free memory to work correctly.
What else did you try on your end?
