I'm trying to send a document for signature and it won't allow me to progress beyond "place fields"
I'm sending a document for signature. On the "place fields" screen I've placed my fields. But the "next" button will not light up and become clickable. It remains grey and inert. Help! How do I progr...

I solved the problem by sending the document to each person in the group individually. I don't know why I was having trouble sending it to a group, so that's a workaround rather than a solution. But thanks for your note!

Hi Greg Forster, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

i'm attempting to send a template (6 documents) to prospective clients to sign to hire me at their attorney and cant' get the next button to appear after ive inserted thier name and email address
