Opening Microsoft files ends up in an endless loop asking for authorization.

I have dropbox personal and business accounts I have microsoft 365 family edition For some reason, everytime I try to open a file from dropbox into excel, word or powerpoint, it sends on and endl...

If the file you're opening is stored in your Business team account, Microsoft requires that you have an enterprise Microsoft account with a license that allows editing in Office Online. Your Microsoft 365 Family license wouldn't qualify.

If the file is stored in your personal account, neither a Microsoft account nor Office license is needed.
